Q: Do you deliver products internationally? 

A: Chug from Mug offers free worldwide shipping every day, shipping is available for most countries around the world.

Q: How do I check the status of my order? 

A: You can easily track the status of your order in real-time by entering your order information on the *Track Order* page. 
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our processing center, where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.

Q: How long does a delivery take?

A: Delivery time may vary depending on Your country:
  • 2-3 weeks for the United States of America, Australia
  • 2-4 weeks for the Canada, New Zeland
  • 3-5 weeks for the United Kingdom
  • 2-3 weeks for the France, Spain, Netherlands
   For countries not on the list, it should take 3-5 weeks on average.

If, for any reason, your order does not arrive within designated days from purchase date, please contact support@chugfrommug.com
We provide a 100% guarantee for a replacement/refund.

Q: I've placed an order containing multiple items, can I combine them into one package?

A: Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in the same shipping center. Once we get your order, each item will be shipped out separately, you will probably receive one item before the next. Do not be alarmed if you don't receive all of your items at once, all of the items will get to you within the designated delivery time - we promise :) 

Q: I've placed an order with wrong shipping address and/or wrong size/variant Can I change it? 

A: In case of error filling in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chugfrommug.com, and we might be able to amend the order before it leaves our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee success, as all of our orders are processed as soon as possible and usually shipped within a 24 hour period. 
If your order has already entered the shipping phase, we will not be able to change its destination or stop the shipment. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and will try to assist as much as possible. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Q: How secure is my personal information? 

A: Chug from Mug carefully protects your personal information with the highest industry standards in order to make sure your information remains safe.
Customers credit card details and personal information are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secured Socket Layer technology), which is widely used in order to safely and securely process payments.  
 
Your credit card information is only available to PayPal (or other company, depending on the payment method) in order to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored or even processed on our site.
Q: Can I microwave my mug?
A: We do not recommend to wash the majority of our mugs in a washing machine or to microwave them.
